Dr. Fales Pediatric Dentistry on 135 th! He's got trains running around the ceiling and TVs above each chair with cartoons playing so the kids can watch while they lay down. They can put their hand prints on the ceiling tiles and lots of other fun stuff! The wait is never long! The waiting area is super fun for the kids too!

My family switched to Dr Mayuga from another prominent dentist partnership in town after we felt like there were some questionably unnecessary procedures being recommended. My wife and I both had a filling replaced by the other guys and both of us now have pain beneath those fillings where there was none since they were new many years ago. I decided to switch after they threatened to replace my other old filling, and after when I went in for a cleaning, I noticed debris on one of the picks they were about to put in my mouth. It looked like chicken. I like chicken, but prefer to be the first one to chew it. That was a couple of years ago and I still have that original filling. I see Dr Mayuga twice a year and his tools are always chicken-free.

The reason for non use of dental amalgams is because we have such better research and materials now. Amalgam is very old school, and little was known of what it might due to the tooth. Composite fillings are simply the best you can get. Gardner Dentists does great composite fillings on children and adults. I would call and see if they can get your child in. 913-856-7123
