a certain dr (tall, moustache, thick rim glasses) at Medicross Edenvale once verbally abused me and shuffed me out of (what later turns out to be his private cloakroom) in front of my then 6 year old son and other waiting patients....Why, my son needed to pee as we were sitting in the waiting rooms for so long, there was a loo right there where we were sitting, the door open and as I was standing by the door to make sure he was ok..next thing I feel someone shoving me from behind. I laid a complaint with Medicross and specifically against this dr as he is part owner of the medicross or something. Nothing ever came of it, and I am not sure if he remembers it. Just the mere thought of what he looks like makes my hairs stand on end....He is anything but a "gentleman" I have not been back to Edenvale Medicross.
