Totally not what you asked for as its not a PCP but for GYN, I can't recommend Dr. Roger Edvenson at GR Women's Health enough. Wonderful bedside manner, treated me as an equal in decisions regarding my care and held my hand while I cried, sent cards and personally performed emergency surgery at 6:30 in the morning and called to check on me multiple times on his day off. Best doctor I've had in my life.

Dr. Harrold and Dr. McCarthy are both great at SHMG on 1300 Michigan. All of the PA's are great too when I need to get last minute appt's for sinus issues a few times a year. They always get me in day of which is really nice.

Dr anita vanderstelt is AMAZING. JUST off Baldwin in jenison. 616-252-8600 .staff is awesome and takes there time. Dr calls to check on sick kids personally after hours. I can't say enough good things about her

I would also recommend Brookville Pediatrics. They always have same day appointments for sick kids and two locations, also in Rockford. Saturday morning appointments also available for sick kids.

we go to Dr. Schipper he is in the same office as Dr. Wielhower on 44 th/Ivanrest we love the staff we can always get right in and I know that Dr. Schipper is double board certified so he takes care of my 2 young boys and me and my husband. The whole office is AMAZING!!!

ABC Pediatrics, we love them.

We drive 30 mins for ours because he's worth it! Dr Michael App- our whole family sees him. His new office will be at Burton and Breton as of next week

Another vote for Brookville Pediatrics. I went there growing up and now my kids do too. Great doctors and staff. I'm almost certain they're accepting new patients.

Have you tried grandville medical specialists? We use dr. Bultje. He's wonderful! Sees our whole family and their NP does my girly stuff. They have their own pulmonologist, rheumy nd everything in their practice. We use the group over by metro hospital. Southwest clinic (part of metro) also has a peds group inside. I'm only familiar with them on a professional level tho. .not a a patient.

Also- Dr Thomas Bilisko is a fantastic adult doctor. He works above and beyond to diagnosis, will do whatever testing you want him to order, and will refer. I know many doctors who you have to argue with to get what you need. He is not one of them. He will call himself other doctors and you and research until he gets answers. I highly recommend

I second Dr John Koetsier at Western michigan Peds.. However I have to say I don't care for his colleague Dr Vanzee (sp?) as she blew off my daughter's infantile spasms seizures and wouldn't admit her into the hospital EVEN when an expert seizure neurologist at children's hospital in Detroit watched a video of her and was very concerned. I'm still peeved about it!

Dr. Coleman with Metro health southwest on 44 th. I have always been able to get my son in same day. He had seen few Dr in that office. Love the staff and nurses.

Dr Marcotte...44 th and Breton is accepting new patients. We love him. Its a family operated pediatrician office and the doctor's wife is the manager and all the nurses are very close night when you call you get a human being not answering machine they all know you when you call its just a really nice environment office is brand new they just relocated

I like Brookeville pediatrics as well. Several doctors in the practice, so if I have a sick child I can get in to see one them and I've been happy with them all.

Dr. Delapp in Byron Center at Advantage Health Physican Network. He sees my whole family and delivered my daughter.

Grandville Pediatrics is awesome and they're moving soon to be a little closer to Wyoming. We miss Dr. Besteman, but Dr. Mantia is great and the nurses & staff are wonderful.

We see Dr. Eric Wielhower on 44 th/Ivanrest in Grandville. He is our pediatrian and general practioner for my husband and I. He is accepting new patients.

You're on the West side, right? I love my doctor. She is at the Mercy Health Physician Partners (formerly called Advantage Health) on 3 Mile near Alpine. Her name is Dr. Jill Perry.

Alana Wiarda, but her office is up off Plainfield where it almost meets Beltline.

We use Dr. Gerald Lee as well for the entire family. Great doctor. Really takes his time with you. But, also runs late because he takes time with people. Just plan on it.

I really like my Dr. Her name is Stacyann Steen through Mercy Health . She's an Ob, General dr.,and pedestrian/ family dr. She's our family's go to for all things medical . My sister in law, and Mom uses her also.

I go through Mercy Health, but my job's insurance is also part of Mercy.

Spectrum on the beltline is who I go to and I'm really pleased with them.

I’m in the opposite position. Tired of Spectrum and looking to switch, leaning towards metro.

Can you share what you’re unhappy with? And maybe what you’re looking for? PCP? Peds? Internal med? Specialist? It may help to make recommendations. On the flip side, I use Metro and found it to be better than other docs I’ve visited at spectrum or mercy in the past.

Advantage Health on Wilson & Leonard has very good doctors. I go to Dr, Jamie Halverson and I really like her. Not sure if she's taking any new patients but there are other Doctors there, and it's close to home.

One last recommendation- I agree with Dr Krol or anyone in her office Dr Maskill, Dr Barnes, Dr Weirich. Next year they will be moving into the new Spectrum Building being built at E. Beltline and 3 Mile. Since I work in the same building with them and my daughter goes there I know you would be getting a very good office.
