Merle Norman is very clean, and the specialize in kids, Sophie's had hers for over a year now and I haven't had any problems, nor have I ever heard of anyone having a problem there. Most tattoo places don't use guns, they use needles where they can only do one at time

Merle Norman. It was suggested for my daughter and they were great. We went in at 3 months and they told me her ears were too small. Went back at 5 months, you book an appointment as they have 2 staff members to pierce both ears at the same time. Excellent.
