AMA was the biggest rip off ever, I cant believe i stayed with them as long as i did, I thought all insurance places were bad, They were all out to get you, I was paying $397 a month, I just called Johnson Insurance and am now paying $102 a month with 100% coverage including glass. Kaylea-Nicole Madden... just so you know... it's not Prairie Villa that sends an adjuster, it's the insurance company. Prairie Villa is a brokerage... not adjusters... None of what happened to you would have been Prairie Villa's fault. It would be between the Insurance Company such as Intact or Wawanesa and the Adjusters they hired to handle your claim. Just so you know. (I am a bit biased as my mom has worked there for over 25 years)... and I hope that didn't sound rude... as that is totally not my intention:) I would say that JB is a brokerage too. You could have them shop... or go to a different brokerage like Prairie Villa... or call someone like AMA or Co-operators and get some quotes

Prairie Villa is brutal, took them a month to get an adjuster to look at my husbands truck. And rental coverage isn't a month long so he went without a vehicle, after they looked at it, it took a month to get our check for the write off.
