Be careful who you get. Most guys just cut the limbs and let them drop to the ground. Joseph Brothers are very good at keeping the damage to the yard very minimal. They tie off limbs and lower them or use a hoist to just lift it out. I would ask them how they plan on taking it out.

Davey Tree is also very good, might be little pricey but they are professional and they are Arborists. Besides being insured, be sure whomever you use is an arborist.

Cox Tree Service removed two massive dead ash trees for me last summer. They brought in a crane because the trees were dead and close to the house. They didn't leave any trace that they were even there (except very low cut stumps). Total cost was around $1400.
