Apologies if this has been covered before, but does anyone know who recycles the little camp propane tanks? REI does not. Thanks!

Found this article on the Sierra Club's blog from 2009. Interesting read, but it still leaves questions open... Can they be vented, then recycled as usual? Does REI sell the venting tool? Will our local recyclers take a vented tank? How would they know to trust that the tank had been vented? More research needed.... http://blogs.sierraclub.org/mrgreen/2009/08/how-to-recycle-propane-canisters-for-camp-stoves.html
this article was interesting as well, but the comments were well worth the price of admission. http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-completely-refill-a-1 lb-disposable-propan/?ALLSTEPS They did lead me to this though: http://www.harborfreight.com/propane-bottle-refill-kit-61555.html
Any suggestions for a creative or active camp that still has space open ( just for a week) for a 5yo boy this summer. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
Here's a link to the PG County ones: https://smartlink.pgparks.com/smartlink/Activities/ActivitiesAdvSearch.asp. If he's still in the "pre-school" group there are only a couple of options, but if he's in the older group, being 5, then there are lots to choose from! C's doing "Nature Seekers" at Watkin's Park July 18-22 nd.

Any suggestions for summer camps for non-potty trained 3 yr olds?

You can try Crescent Day Care in Beltsville 301-937-3133.

The potty trying requirement can be so frustrating for parents. Not every child is ready/able at a given age. As a result they often can't get into programs. Greenbelt Nursery School may be a good option but I don't believe they meet in summer. I know this doesn't fully relate to the above situation but thought this might be a good place to post. If there is anyone out there concerned about a young child's overall development, you can contact early intervention, infant toddler services, and have your child evaluated for free. If they are delayed, they will qualify for early intervention services in the home and a school program is available for children beginning at age 2.
Any learning camp in the areas in summer English and math

Check the Greenbelt Makerspace website; they have summer camps. You could also try this, too. Be warned, though: lots of camps fill up in early spring. It doesn't hurt to check, though. http://bt.e-ditionsbyfry.com/publication/?i=287676#{"issue_id":287676,"page":0}
I know we have creative kids camp in the summer. Which our daughter did attend this past summer. But does anyone know of any local kids acting classes? Or anything that...
