I loved Chiropractic Company when we were there if you wanted to try to continue in that direction. I can't recall the oop pricing though. You might want to check if a continuation of care is available for your new insurance. They may be able to make an exception for you to continue chiropractic for a period of time until you can find alternative care. Since they're self funded, you may also be able to present a chiro care plan vs. Orthopedic care plan and illustrate that it would cost them less and provide better pain management/medically necessary care. They may be able to make an exception.

I had same problem recently ended up being extreemly tight gluteal and I-T band.... I can recommend a really good massage person at Massage Envy on Layton in Greenfield.

If you are talking a neuro surgeon Dr Kurpad at Froedtert did Randy's back surgery. He is excellent.
