I finally found someone that would come. He was so kind. He didnt ask for any payment ...I gave him $40 for the trouble. He didnt want to take it, but I assured him that he did me the biggest favor. Thank you everyone for all your help and advice

+1 (336) 355-6309 found this guy through google, he met me at a park within 2 hours with all the paperwork and charged me $20. This was about 2 months ago. Super professional - even though meeting a stranger in a park doesn’t seem professional in retrospect. Anyway, might be an additional fee to have him drive to you, but worth a shot! ETA: our entire exchange was through text

Kathleen Neace Bartley is right. Go to your bank or if you know someone at a lawyer's office. All lawyers keep at least one notary. I used to be one....I got it when I worked for Attorney Swisher, but I let it expire bc I never used it once I quit his office. If you don't know a lawyer.....your bank will have at least one notary as well.
