I did it myself. It was intimidating but I used the moms panel on the Disney website when I had a question, everything was on there. Got our tickets from Kissimmee Guest Service. We stayed off Disney at the Seralago. Did not get park hopper, wouldn't of used it anyway. It is not just a walk to get to another park and there is so much to do we just did one park each day. Got 5 day ticket and I made dinner reservations in each park at something that looked good. Other than the tickets, it cost less than I thought it would. Most of the food is reasonable I thought.

Carnival has had some really bad trips recently.Try Royal Caribbean. We used Carnival once and we were no happy with them.

You probably don't want to drive to Irwin, but we used "Four Seasons Travel" for our trip to Mexico and were very happy with them.

We used Four Seasons for our Jamaica trip. I did most planning over the phone and online with them.
