Hope Health Clinic does go based on a sliding scale & I believe you have to be un insured. The only bad thing about the dentist there is it takes months to get in. And im believe they only do minor things like fillings and pulling teeth.

Clayton State University in Morrow has a dental clinic. Very low cost. Might get x-rays and recommendation from them to other place for extensive work. Augusta Medical College has dental college. Probably no cost based on financial situation. Best wishes.

There is an Affordable Dentures in Stockbridge as well. It is $85 for xrays and between $125 and $160 (if I remember right) for extraction...I met an employee from there a few weeks ago and inquired.

greenville has a dental clinic that sees patients and bases their payment on their income on a sliding scale...you could get assistance through their program if you meet the income limits. they also have medical clinics too, one is in zebulon. you can call medical clinic in zebulon to get the number for greenville. the number is 770-567-3323.

I heard aspen dental is reasonable. Haven't checked myself. I paid about $1700 for root canal and crown a few years ago at McDonough family dentistry. I went to dentalplans.com and got a plan beforehand though. It saved me some.

Get on dentalplans.com and find one that your dentist accepts. It's not insurance, it's various discount programs. A plan for our family cost us about $100 for the year and it saved me about $400 on a crown a few months ago.
