Several times I have used Project Catsnip. They park a mobile unit at the skating rink and do everything there - you get there at 7:30 - pick up by 4:30. I've never had a problem - but this is cats only.

I just looked at spaygeorgia.org, and emailed them for information on the "free" certificate. To spay my female puppy, that "free" price is $80 for the certificate, and there are no participating vets in Spalding County.
