For paint I recommend Mike Harnish at Yosemite Coatings Facebook). For a plumber - I've been told Milt is the best, but he's very busy and I'm getting one more estimate this week. Always ask for references, check the license and ask again about the contractors work - even neighbors. I can let you know about the 3 rd plumber after he shows up this week,
