The 2 quotes I have are from Gina at carpenters and Michelle at Angie Batten. Both agents are very great to deal with. I'm just polling to see if anyone has particularly good/bad comments. The quotes are about $150 off from each other.

Check out Peoples Trust, they were by far lower than anyone. Check it out online. Don't think they go through brokers.
