Pretty sure she went to "C&R Kitchen". This is their current menu. http://citronandrose.com/menus/dinner/ Nothing like the original Citron and Rose sadly. I called them and they said the original "Citron & Rose" restaurant hopes to reopen in November.

To answer the original poster's question, you are SOL with a nice steakhouse. New Citron & Rose is as good as you're going to get. Cherry Grill in Cherry Hill, NJ (right outside Philly) isn't bad but I'd recommend C&R Kitchen (with never having gone there).

I would NOT recommend Cherry Grill, certainly not as a fine dining establishment. At least it wasnt when I went there a few months ago...

Cherry grill was DISGUSTING. burgers.org in Elkins park is nice. Waaaay better n nicer than the one in the city

Blue Point is very good too, but if they are 4 star then the three I mentioned are 5. I wouldn't hesitate to go to any of them again for a special night or date with the wife. Chefs Table will set you back $200 a person with drink pairings, but its well worth it.

try chick and nellos may be hard to get in but still on the money!! also the revere is pretty good all the time and really good when they are on. Marsha Browns in new hope PA. well worth the trip and Earls in Lahaska. Do Not try PURE on Rt. 1 icky. just plain icky!! sad to say most of the really good places have closed down in the burg…..Maybe time for you to open up a nice place to restore the fine dining experience Dave ….lol
