Not an endocrinologist, but I see Dr. John Stracks at the Osher Center (a Northwestern clinic). He is an integrative medicine doctor and has helped me out considerably. Highly recommend. First thing he will likely tell you is to cut out gluten, so might be useful to do that and track your improvements before seeing him.
