I do not have Ameriprise but had to deal with the company when one of their drivers backed out of a parking spot into my son coming through a Walmart parking lot. They were an absolute nightmare to deal with. Awful company. Cheaper is not always better

35 yrs with Carl Ferraro State Farm. Had many claims and always been by my side! If I pay a little more I would not know as I have had more of my years with no claims than with! Customer service was always good and fair! Never dropped me like mercury did years and years ago they are not worth the low cost!

Been an insurance agent for over 25 years. State Farm is best when it comes to service and usually rates. Like all carriers in the state they all have rate hikes. Its just the nature of the game. Anytime you have an at fault loss your rate will go up. Especially a driver with less than 9 yrs driving experience. Mercurys rates are not the best the they tend to be better than Triple A. Call me. Happy to help whether I write your insurance or not

We recently saw our State Farm agent retire and all of his accounts were disbursed. State Farm assigned Eric Johnston 562-735-4880 (Sunset Beach area). He is a very nice person and very knowledgable. We found him easy to work with and he cared about us spending for product we did not need.
