He's honest, fast, and won't charge you more than he has to. He'll call when your vehicle is ready. Been using him for years and wouldn't go anyplace else.

OK, we went with Elizabeth R Enright's suggestion of Larry Paridis at Larry's Automotive at Mythewood and S pkwy, because AAA would tow there for no extra charge. They were awesome. Unlike most mechanics, they did not tell us that a million things were wrong. Turns out the water pump did not just go out, it fell to pieces. They put on a new belt, tightened the fan, replaced the water pump and a couple of other things for less than $300!!!!!:D The Jeep place had told us that it was a major problem & it would be $800 just to get started.:(

Johns cars repair 936-291-1332. I was given his number by someone at auto zone. John has a shop at his home, an impressive background and just plain helpful. My repair was quoted at over $1800 at a local well known shop. He made the repair for $650 and then found another problem while in there and fixed it without adding any cost to the original quote.
