We just went though this in June. Woodman Engineering is awesome, that's who we went with after Air Serv wanted to WAY overcharge for a new system. We called Stieferman Heating/Cooling and were told they were busy and would call us when they could get to us...I am still waiting for that call.

I know the owner of the business and he said he would have two guys out within a few hours and they were and it was fixed in an hour. They were super nice to work with and even called me when they were on their way so that I could get home first to let the dog out so they wouldn't get barked at.
