Dr. Spangenburg, she is out of Merdian Medical associates. She is an awesome doctor.

Dr. Alcala & Bellicina. They are both wonderful female doctors! We've used them for all three kids. My kids suffer from asthma, and they are very knowledgable! Good luck!:)

I'm a big fan of Dr. Bechrakis at Meridian Medical on Hammes.

Dr Russell out of Dupage Medical Group his office is off 59 by Nabby's in Plainfield.

Aschinberg on Barney Avenue is excellent !!! Every dr in that office is great, especially Dr Depasquale

Bechrakis was mine and my brothers when we were young. Then Spandenburg was mine till I lost insurance. Lexi goes to doctor Ken Porter in lemont he is through silver cross. I like him alot! Very informative and is very good with her. I've had no problems at all. ;) good luck!

We just switched several months ago to dr Paul Tortorello from meridian medical. Office in pavilion A at silver. Another office in Joliet and an urgent care 8 a-8 p everyday. Really like him!!

My boys go to dr. Bierma, Graham & Thomas in Shorewood. I really like them they are always very prompt and very accommodating when an illness arises.

Dr. George Skarpathiotis as well as Dr. Zoe they both work in Joliet as well as Palos

We also see Dr. Paul Totoriello in New Lenox...we've been happy but kids have been generally healthy too. Not too many office visits for us so far (knock on wood!)

We like Kevin Germino in orland. Quick and very attentive.

Dr George Skarpathiotis is awesome and has a location in new Lenox

I love Dr Belicina she's with Dr Alcala's office which just moved and I haven't been to the new office yet. Chase loves her and she has always been wonderful and so have the staff. It's not a big office.

Dr. Aschinberg is who we see now... They're good, but they always take FOREVER!! I just want a good doctor that's on time and doesn't take a really long time

We go to Shorewood family dental on 52, west of rt 59. Pediatrician, we see Dr. Aschinburg in Joliet off of 52 and Barney. Dr. Hart is right here in Minooka as well.

Our dentist is Dr. Roxanne Dyers out of Ridge Dental. My daughters love going there!!! She is so great with kids. Sorry can't help for pediatrician, we kept ours in Orland Park.

Jewel at ridge and Rt 6 is ok; I'll go for quick fill-in trips. Mariano's, Walmart, & Tony's (Tony's is the best variety for meat/produce, IMO) are all in Shorewood on Rt 59. For a pediatric dentist, we go to Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, and my kids love it there. Though, they have always had healthy teeth, so our experience is limited to a cleaning, X-ray, and a sticker. ;-) Oh, and sealants for my oldest.:-)

For pediatrician we like Dr. Hart. She is located in Minooka at the Morris Hospital Ridge Road Campus. The building is pretty much across from Jewel. Easy to get in same day if needed. I have friends that see Dr. Moy there as well and they like him too. Welcome to the Neighborhood!:)

For a pediatrician, my kids see Dr. Hart out of the Morris Hospital Ridge Road Campus (Ridge Road & Rt. 6). Her and her assistant are great! For the dentist, my kids go to Naperville Dental Specialists and see Dr. Denise out of their Shorewood office on Rt. 59 & Theodore. She is a pediatric dentist. Good luck!

Not sure if Dr. Douglas Bierma takes HMO or not but you could try there.....he's one of the best and located in Shorewood! !

Dr. Paul Aschinburg in Joliet is wonderful! We've also been seen by many of the other doctors and NPs there and they have all been great!

Dr. Hart is wonderful for kids! Her PA is very good too. I am not sure what insurance they accept though.

It's about a 20 minute drive, but Kids First Pediatrics in Plainfield on 127 th St is wonderful!

Hey did Dr Giroux even call you to tell you he was leaving his practice? He didnt call us or my brother n law and they went out for an appt for their 15 month old kid. I told my wife the last 2 times we were in there that he wasn't into it like before and swemed to be reading off a script. Really disappointed! But we r looking for a new one also now. And the guy he transfered the kids files to wanys $25 to get the records. Lol im just gonna have my new dr request them and avoid the charge. Its like extortion

Paul Tortoriellilo he is out of Silver Cross. I think he's really great because he doesn't pressure you into anything but definitely gives you his advice. Few of the girls I work with also see him and love him

Dr Deshpande He has a Mokena location, which I can look up. Alex has seen him since he came out of the NICU. I would not know what we would do without him.

Deshpande is Southwest Peds. He's our doc, but we've seen everyone there (I think) and they're all good. They can always squeeze in sick visits right away and they make it a practice not to overbook. We have never had an unreasonable wait time.

I used Dr Setlur as well! Love her!!!

Jennifer Ann you need to call your insurance. I had 3 weeks to add my little one on my insurance. I have dr. Joseph Russell at DuPage medical in plainfield. We love him!!

I use to see Dr. Baskhar in Joliet. Loved him! He genuinely cares about all his patients. He's very thorough though so the wait to see him can be long.

Dr. Nemri new Lenox I've had him for 35 yrs

I use to use Ashenberg but had problems with his staff and repetitive misdiagnosis. My little guy was terrified going there due to how the staff held him down to administer his vaccines. I now see Stephan Nemeth with meridian medical associates. They are very good with my son and broke him of being terrified to go to the doctor.

I also left Ashenburgs office. Dr. B at Meridian located in Joliet is wonderful!

I also would not recommend Aschingberg. We like to have reasoning behind medical treatment and that is not the case at his office. Our pediatrician is in Naperville but Dr. Bierman with Shorewood Pediatrics discharged my little girl from Silver Cross and he was awesome

Oh... You all are scaring me now about Dr. Aschinberg. I have it narrowed down to him, Dr. Bierma, and Dr. Tortoriello.

Dr. Bierma is good professionally and is kid-friendly. Both my kids went to him when they were younger. Nice staff, too.
