Try Service Master or Serv-pro for cleanup. I work for them part-time. It is a common problem now and they are very busy. They work with insurance to keep you within your coverage. Stop the water then get it dry with fans to prevent mold.

I'd get a 40 or 50 gallon if your tight for cash. Your looking at 700-1000+ for a 75 gallon, where a 40-50 gallon is around 4-600 + pipe and fittings or blocks to fit it right. I personally like whirlpool for their warranty. $275 is a pretty fair price for install imo.
