My daughter just started this process to do the exact same thing Jennifer at Chatters in Aberdeen was great and was able to pull a ton of the box die crap out my daughters hair and take her down quite a few levels. Daughter is going to let it settle for a bit and then take it the rest of the way to lavender she just wanted to enjoy the blonde for a.while. I would also highly recomend Joy at Melon Lounge on North Shore ahe is amazing at color.
