University Walmart has the smaller rolls, but not the sub rolls, in the GF section at the end of the baking aisle. Maybe try them to see if you like the Schaar product?

I was tagged in this post, which is awesome, thanks Lisa! I'm actually on the road with a touring circus show, but please let me recommend Next Level Personal Training in north Kannapolis. This is where trainers go for training. They are incredible and there are lot's of options from one on one training to small group and team training. I tried to tag their Facebook page, but it looks like that's not going to link. They offer a free consultation/session so you can check it out and see if it's a good fit for you. There's no pressure, no one is going to hard sell you. I love this gym, they found all my week spots and I'm an acrobat for a living and a certified personal trainer myself. I am a personal trainer certified with the American College of Sports Medicine. I live in Kannapolis but I'm on tour with a circus right now. When I am home, my trainer is Mike Krug. I would recommend him to anybody. He is the most knowledgeable trainer I've ever met and he is also kind and caring. He owns Next Level Personal Training right off North Main Street in Kannapolis. His Facebook page and website have all the contact info you'll need. You can have a consultation for free and ask him about developing a plan for your bone health then.
