When we built our house, our builder provided a handful of hours with [Sarah Twenter](http://interiorsbysarahtwenter.com/) to help us arrange tile, grout, backsplash, granite, hardwoods, cabinets, paint, and everything else you could think of when building a house from scratch. We went over our allotment of time with her and she billed us at $75/hour, which I think is pretty reasonable. I believe she's located out in Lee's Summit, but I'm sure she'd be happy to come out and meet with you at your home.
