I am sorry you are going through that. Matt Dubin is a friend and a plaintiffs personal injury attorney, who deals with insurance companies all the time. And if you need a mediator, I am available.:) (I used to be a defense attorney, but hung up that hat a few years ago to try to help people resolve cases, because litigation is an absolutely miserable experience for most.)
