Dr. Castellanos at Seton, just delivered my daughter exactly one month ago and he is absolutely terrific! You get in and get out quick with all your appointments and his nurse is hilarious and so so so sweet!!:)

Dr Furman and Dr Spears at Kings Daughter's were great with my daughter's pregnancy with twins and aftercare but there was so much trouble at Scott and White that we would never recommend that hospital. Seton would be a much better choice but not sure which drs. at Kings Daughters deliver there. Good luck and Congrats!

Dr Sosa is amazing! But you will have to switch to Tricare standard for the pregnancy. Dr castellanos is good a well.

Dr. Frank Hinds is amazing!!!! He is in Cedar Park, tx so it's about 30 minutes from ft Hood. But he delivers at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center. He is high risk as well as regular prenatal ob/gyn.

He delivered my younger sister 16 years ago then served in the army then got his own practice and delivered my son a year and a half ago while I was on Medicaid He doesnt rush his appointments and takes his time with patients. I'd recommend him to anyone: )

Dr Shirley is HORRIBLE! I saw her with my first till I was 28 weeks and then got a diff obgyn bc he was so bad!

Stay away from dr. Shirley ...dr. Allerkamp was awesome!!! We has West initially and switch bc he was always late for our appts, a least an hour or two. Dr. Kuan is awesome too. He is in the practice there too.

If you are looking for a female doctor. Im going through my first pregnancy right now and I have DR. Michelle Spears. her office is in temple but the hospital she is out of is Seton the new one in harker heights and i think she has been a wonderful for doctor.

Dr. Lobaugh, out by Metroplex was amazing to me! He delivered my last child, and always took the time to listen to my concerns. He also did my Tubal and hysterectomy. I have been going to him for over 6 years and refuse to see anyone else! Congrats and good luck!!

Love Dr. Spears, Dr. Carpio, & Dr. Furman at the Kings Daughter Clinic in Temple. They are an amazing, all-female office that is very thorough and take the time to get to know you as a patient, not a # like all the other OBs in the area

I am a nurse at Seton Hospital and work very closely with the physicians. Dr Marcos Sosa at the Kings Daughters Clinic is simply amazing! He is so sweet and caring and I go to him too. And he takes all insurances so you would be good to go there. Good luck!

Dr Allerkamp! He is awesome and has experience with fertility issues in the past. He is kind, gentle and very understanding! And he takes medicaid. He is a Scott & White Doc but is located next to the Metroplex Hospital. =) -Anita

Doctor John Sherman out of Georgetown is amazing he comes to lampasas every week I wouldn't recommend anyone else he is very caring and has a one of a kind personality which I love ... I know it's a long drive but it's totally worth it

My perfer is not to do metroplex cause the nick name for that hosptial is death roll plex been that nick name for a long time. I rather go to Temple Scott and white I haven't had one problem with them I have had all 3 of my babys there

If you're willing to go to Scott and White in Temple, Joanna Stacey is absolutely incredible. She has broad range of patient care emphasis, she's board certified, also serves as the assistant professor of ob/gyn for S&W. She will answer your questions honestly, and will do what's best for you and your baby. The end of my pregnancy became very high risk for both myself and even more so my child. During delivery things went down hill, from my baby not breathing to me severely hemorrhaging (a total of 3 times) she (and NICU staff who were present with us since we knew baby was coming early) made quick, educated decisions that saved both of us. I will never recommend anyone else!! She knows her job, she does it well, and by the time your due date is here you'll feel like you've known her your entire life.
