You can check with your primary care physician and see if you can get referred to Dr. Karen Julius at Medical Associates in Kingston. My mother currently sees her and praises her work. I also know that she was the team physiotherapist for the Jamaican Olympics delegation. Tel: 876-926-5603 or 876-926-1400. Hope this helps!

Repute Physio, or the clinic in Sydenham. Worked with both of them and highly recommend. Hope your knee feels better.
