If you can go directly to a OS, without a doctors referral, I went to Dr. Angelo at Proliance Surgeons in Kirkland for a rotator cuff after much hesitancy, and was thrilled with the results.

Jeffrey Roh was my back surgeon!! Two years this month was last (and final) surgery fusing lumbar spine...and I'm a new, happy and pain-free person!! And my husband had Dr Angelo fix his shoulder...and he's very happy!
