Hey. I also welcome to Shawn like Sarah. But if you're looking for a physiotherapist try Absolute Rehab. I worked with a couple of their staff when I sprained my ankle the first time and they were probably my favorite. It felt like they wanted me to get better as quickly as possible, not just drag out the appointments. I also had a horrible experience with Waterloo Sports Medicine, but it could have been the person I was seeing. I hope that helps!
