There's nothing like taking the time to visit a facility and getting to know the staff and director personally they will be the ones caring for your child. Care.com easiest way to search for nanny and other home help he might need while kiddo is in the cast. Many of the sitters/nannies may have added expertise in working with something like this. SPU job board? I know a lot of folks find their nannies that way. Many students doing this type if work are early childcare education or nursing students so can likely provide the special care this kiddo will need while he has a cast on. Poor kiddo no fun.

Leap Into Learning has been a blessing for us!!!!! I can watch her all day through the computer or phone app. Her last Dr apt they evaluated her and said she was very advanced intellectually for her age and I give the credit to daycare! She is learning so much more than what I could have taught her. Top notch teachers that really care about the kids!
