My friend Lisa Miller is an awesome realtor! Also, don't go on Craigslist, I just watched this crazy segment on the today show about people 'renting' out places that were foreclosed on, and using Craigslist to do it. Good luck!

We really liked the Tom Risser group http://www.risser./ But I will say we really liked our original realtor and when we interviewed him to sell he was a different person. Pick several to interview and find the best fit. Have also heard good things about Darlene Fenstermacher. Do not pick a friend or family members because they are your friend or family member. People also like Nate Mountain from Castellum but I don't know about aggressiveness.
