Security Deposit / Liability Insurance: We require either a refundable $250 deposit or provide liability insurance. You must include your set up and clean up time in your total time rented. Entire House Rental Lansing Resident: $145 per hour with a minimum of a three hour rental. Non- Lansing Res.: $160 per hour with a minimum of a three hour rental. Security Deposit / Liability Insurance: We require a refundable $1,000 deposit and provide liability insurance. You must include your set up and clean up time in your total time rented. Total Capacity Cocktails or stations: 100 Seated: 60 Wheelchair Accessible to the first floor only.

Any thoughts on having a photobooth? Contact James McNeilly at McNeilly Photobooth and receive a discount (tell him you saw it on FB). He also has it set up at McNeilly Photography Studio where you can go in and check it out. His photobooth can hold far more than the normal photobooths and he has far more to offer than others. Check him out, you won't be disappointed. He also will be at the Grand Ledge Opera House for their Bridal Show February 16 th.
