Loading Dock has remodeled with a new menu. Yogi's and Burger Boys in the mall are very two good new places. El Chilito Rojo also opened in the mall. The Dotty's in the Laughlin River Lodge now serve food (good and inexpensive). Dunkin Donuts opened in the Edgewater. The Aquarius Buffet has changed and is improved (in our opinion). The Avi remodeled their floor and added a new coffee place - Mohave Roast and outside of the Avi is a new Mexican restaurant where the Firehouse Coffee used to be. The Tropicana has made many changes to their look with more coming. Blaze N Blues BBQ opened in the Old Town Saloon. There are 9 Labyrinths to walk now (not food related). These are just some of the ones that come to mind right away.

Gourmet Room (highly recommended), The Vineyard, I believe almost any of the steakhouses do.

MoonShadow at the Avi or The Range at Harrahs are good. We most recently had a fantastic steak at the Avi, very very yummy:)

It depends on the price range you want to pay. The Range and Moonshadow are higher but well worth it. The Steakhouse at Tropicana is very good too, but slightly more expensive than Saltgrass or the Lodge Steakhouse at LRL, both of which also are good.

Most of the Buffets in Vegas are real cheap, even on the Strip. Leroy has a point, The Rio is excellent. None in BHC/Laughlin area that I recall.
