They can earn tokens for being good to exchange for a prize (like quarter machine prizes) and after they put the fluoride on their teeth they give them a slushie! Tristan did excellent. I use Dr. Matt at smiles dentistry in Overland Park. The kids love him and he is great with them. Trey was a horrible patient at first (biting Matt's finger and crying till he puked on Matt) the staff and Dr. Matt did excellent with him and never got frustrated. Now my kids ask all the time if we can go to the dentist.
