We've been using Capitol Area Pediatrics in both Arlington and Ashburn since Samantha was a baby. It's a big practice, but there's always someone there and they have long hours each day which is great for unexpected illnesses and work schedules. They may have a wait-list, though, but perhaps not for new babies...
