Th strawberry filling is awesome and the sea shell cake is unbelievable. For any special occasion this is so well worth the ride.......REALLY! Then you are looking for an Italian Rum Creme Cake- Not a rum cake. The recipe I linked is what you get if you order a Rum Cake. we do have Panera. Lots of other nice places too. Downtown Leominster has a small local bakery called Sweet Creations by Gloria and she has nice breads, and sweet things as well. Also downtown is my youngest son's fave Aunty Ellen's Creative Confections for sweets. I have never seen savories there. Though nothing IMHO beats the bean soup at Panera, I like to give a shout out to the locals that we have too--they are great as well.:-)

It is annual! Gluten Free and Allergy Free fest held at DCU in July. Cost us less than $15 to get in and we got a TON of samples and left very full. I created a GF group for people from Leominster to share recipes/local finds. Leominster Gluten Free Gang - come join us!
