Thank you, ladies. My son has been formally tested and diagnosed by a Psychologist with Cook Children's. He is only 4.5 years old, but has other issues as well. Our insurance does cover Psychiatrists, and we have no problem paying out of pocket if the provider doesn't accept insurance (for the right fit). Will call Dr. Lisa Pierce tomorrow. Thanks!

Hey Courtney - I have a friend who is a licensed psychologist. He recommended contacting Christian Works in Dallas. They do adoption and foster care and may be able to make an appropriate referral.
