Not richmond....but I just had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and 3 molars in one day without being out to sleep by Dr. Justin Clemens at Perimeter Periodontics in lex. I'm the biggest baby when it comes to dental work...dental anxiety to the extreme. I would recommend him to ANYONE! Whole staff was wonderful!

If you have an abscess you will need antibiotic treatment first before an oral surgeon could do anything. And a broken tooth can most likely be fixed or pulled by a regular dentist which is cheaper than oral surgery. Go to your regular dentist first. If you don't have one I recommend Dr Maholick
