Ruth's Rule. The woman does it out of her condo in DG? She's on Maple by 355. She is fantastic. Her number is 630-960-1288. She also does the alterations for the Bridal Mansion, that's how I met her.

there is a nice woman at Prehop cleaners on Finley. older italian lady. she did all my alterations for my wedding dress let alone every dress i have ever bought. LOVE Her. and very reasonable on pricing.
