They do a nice all day spa experience, but it's like over $500 for the day. You can get a mani/pedi for around $65. I go every time I want a new haircut, their stylists are amazing.

Zana is nice but its about as north as it gets. I've never been in tetherwood but it looks neat and have heard good things.

The best spa in town is Fayez (it's in Lambeth which is basically SW London). Unfortunately $100 doesn't get you very far there, but it's generally the best one around. I imagine you can get a pretty good gift for a manicure/pedicure for that amount...less than that even. They will sell you a gift card for exactly the amount that a service costs, so your mom can just head on it and not pay anything.
