We recently had a recall from Land Rover for the detachable tow bar. I had already changed mine as they told me it was not suitable to for towing horse trailers but since they recalled you should be able to get them to change it for free.

Relax, you have one of the best vehicles on the road with which to tow your horses. Just one point re the detachable tow bar, Land Rover have changed their advice on the safe weight to tow with a detachable, they have done a recall. If you want to tow 2 horses speak to your local LR garage to check if your towbar is safe.
