Dr. Grant Uba with healthcare partners on spring across from johns burgers is fabulous!! We have 4 generations going to him, he is great with kids, and great with my grandparents, he takes his time to listen, and never rushes. He is also the sports doctor for LBCC. You can call 562-988-7000, press 0 for the operator and ask for Dr. Uba at the spring street office to be connected and then you can ask what type of insurance he takes. I work at Long Beach Memorial in the OR so I know he is highly recommended from others in the field as well

Dr Jasia Hu. Kind, caring, great bedside manner. She is conservative with medication but always listens and treats as needed. She is at Beach Family Medical off Woodruff and Spring. Also in the same office and wonderful are Dr Kavoossi and Sabrina Larkin who is a Nurse Practitioner.

Pediatric Medical Center 2921 Redondo Avenue 562-426-5551. Dr. Samson was my doctor in high school. Dr. Theriot my kids doctor now. Dr. Wetley delt with Berlin's brain tumor. Nice thing is that if our regular doctor is not available … I love everyone in their office and don't mind going to anyone. They are great with the everyday stuff and also handled Berlin's brain tumor fantastically! Great doctors!!! I see Dr. Theriot and Dr. Samson in mass every Sunday at St. Barnabas. Dr. Theriot runs through our neighborhood daily. So they are local too
