Try Miles Worley, from Raleigh. c#919-369-7268 or 919-782-4158. He has a lot of experience with the Army Corps of Eng. and the DWQ(State). Builds bulkheads at the shore for the Army Corp. He built our bulkhead, dock and retaining walls last year, and we couldn't be happier. He did more for us than anyone else offered for the same price, and was done in less than 2 weeks. Check with Nicole Clift in the POA office for permit requirements, POA Rules, forms, etc. before you start. It will make the process easier.
