If interested, Michele Paiva in Downingtown is a psychotherapist, specializing in families and children. She's amazing at understanding and helping adults and children understand, cope and fix underlying problems, which in turn make us unhappy, ill and or self destructive. Jill is great, but her hours are limited. I take mine to Dr. U. Bhagat in Exton. There is also a psychologist in her office, Dr. Claudia Fillipino. We love her. Dr. Bhagat controls the meds and Claudia meets with her once a week to talk.

Internal Medicine Associates of Abington. They are located in Jenkintown (if that isn't to far). I'm sure they are all great, but I'd recommend Dr. Trichtinger, Dr. Sweigard, or Dr. Rigotti. Top notch!

Ditto on N Willow Grove FP. I see Dr Salinas there, and she's awesome. Only caveat is they only schedule 3 days out, and avoid their nurse practitioner if you can (I had a bad experience with her once).

I wouldn't get advice from NWM as even the FA's there aren't good FA's. I'd only use a FA if it's more of a family office, or offer some sort of specialized advice. For example, I know a FA that helps clients negotiate particular contracts that net them an extra $20 k a year of salary. 401K is simple really as choices are limited. The important part you should look for is more...financial planning. So this means constructing a budget, planning for future such as house or children. This can be done through financial advisor offices through **hourly** fees, not AUM. I'd shop around.

So are you a business owner looking to start a 401K benefit for their employees? If so go with Vanguard. If not and working at the place that has Morgan Stanley and company has a match then use that 401K account.
