Pity you are not closer to www.facebook.com/allclassfitnes it's the best gym. Great crèche, best instructors. I know a few people who do travel from Rocko because it's the best.

same problem with me Brodie Lee Clark partner is fifo and i work fulltime mon-fri, the membership was useless to me other than when i was on maternity leave. so i will be following what others recommend:)

Yasha Clemitshaw - theres contours and curves which are both womens gyms. never been to either of them so not sure what they are like

Hearts Health Club. Huge range of group fitness classes, female only environment, Crèche. I think it's around $18-20 a week.

Judi this is for you Halls Head Recreation Centre have a gym class for teens it is a weekly class appraisal with instructor 1 st and an individual program is designed contact centre for more details if u r interested it was awhile ago my daughter did this so there may have been changes made but I know it still is on program. I do remember on her visit she was welcomed and really listened to regarding what her objectives were can't remember his name but he was very good and this is a safe place for your daughter.

I actually like real instructors with classes to keep me motivated ....Mandurah/Halls Head Rec Centre is the only one for me!

The new Non Stop 24/7 gym opening by bunnings it is going to be amazing. Crossfit, group fitness classes and of course state of the art gym equiptment and personal training. Cant wait.

Not forgetting ladies its 24/7 access also....with virtual group fitness classes.....your right Rebecca Soltoggio such value for money and the flexibility of no lock in contracts.. We unfortunately do not have crèche facilities at this stage
