Can anyone recommend a good real estate attorney in the area that can assist with the legalities of a purchase and sales agreement on a home/property?
Marilyn A. replied:
We have used Gary Schuetz in Renton for the sale/purchase of two homes. I would HIGHLY recommend him. He handles the whole thing and at that time, there was no charge for drawing up the paperwoork if you used his escrow. (This was still the case last year.). He is very easy to work with and very good at explaining the whole process. A very simple process. http://www.schuetzlaw.com
