Mondays 6.15 pm - 7.15 pm, Wednesdays 11 am - 12 pm and Thursdays 5.30 pm - 6.30 pm. All levels welcome. Hi Saskia and Harriet, (and thanks Becky, Kate and Saleha for the mention). I'm running 2 yoga classes in manton village hall on Thursday evenings at 6.30 to 7.30 pm and 8 to 9 pm. The next 2 weeks (11 and 18 dec) are £8.50 for one week or £14 for both. It is Sivananda yoga which is based on a series of stretches that we adapt for beginners to advanced, breathing exercises and deep relaxation with the effect of revitalising the body and calming the mind. From 8 jan I will be running 2 six-week courses so these weeks in December would be a good taster for that. Let me know if interested. hi Liz - I teach yoga on Monday and Thursday evenings in Manton village hall. There is a five week course starting this Monday (13 th April at 18.45-19.45 or 20.00-21.00) and a 6 week course starting on Thursday (16 th April at 17.30-18.30, 18.45-19.45 or 20.00-21.00). It is designed to promote a calm mind and a strong flexible body through breathing exercises, meditation and poses with options for beginners through to advanced. Several teenagers joined us last term and all of them have signed up again for the new term so I am sure your daughter would enjoy it. There's NCT yoga for pregnancy in Devizes and pregnancy yoga with tranquil flow yoga in Hungerford but I don't think there is any in Marlborough. Hi Louise, I have mixed ability classes at Studio Movida in Marlborough on Mondays 6.45 pm - 7.45 pm and Tuesdays 9.30 am - 10.30 am. Not strictly beginners however levels are provided to make the practice accessible for all.
