Brad was also the first one to respond to my voice mail messages. The team is outside right now working on the yard and it looks like someone performed a miracle already. Jan, we live across the street from the "yard king." Gorgeous landscaping and he does it all himself. My DH is allergic to virtually every plant on the planet, so yard work falls to me. I ended up in the hospital last fall (so no yard cleanup got done then and it shows) and am still getting back on my feet. Time to wave the surrender flag and pay for help.:)
