I would be interested if I could keep your child in your home. I worked as a nanny for a family for a year keeping their baby from the time she was 6 weeks until she was 13 months. The mom then had to quit work, so they no longer needed a nanny. I have also babysat for lots of other families, and have worked at Warren Community Church Mother's Day Out, and at a daycare.

Our kids went through Lipman and we loved it overall. PM me if you want any parent insight. I'm sure you had your own staff opinions while you we there. Heard Ms O retired which makes me sad. Loved that lady. *edit* - sorry now I see you're talking about Lipman at Temple Israel, which I didn't know was a thing. Also we did union avenue baptist till ours were 2 and were happy.

Absolutely temple Israel. We sent our daughter there for her first two years. It's the cleanest, most loving, amazing facility. If I have more children I will only send them to temple Israel.

I hear that FLICC (Foreign Language Immersion Childcare Center) in Harbortown has a great staff. http://www.fliccmemphis.com The thing that's interesting is they only speak Spanish there....so the kids grow up learning Spanish at childcare and English at home... bilingual before even getting to kindergarten. I hope to send my kid(s) there (or a similar concept place) when and if I ever have any.

I ask bc the insane wait lists for quality daycares. If you haven't already been on it for a while, next August may be optimistic for some of the schools listed for your age group
