I recommend Lorrie Garcis who is trained in this area, teaches at the massage Institute and has a practice in Evergreen Yoga. It is called Evergreen Advanced Bodywork which is also name of her website.

I go to therapy at the Kardia collective (formerly Sage Hill Memphis). They are Christian based. I've seen two different counselors there and felt both were very good, but both were female and I see that you would prefer a male. As a male, the only problem I've had with going to a female counselor was a little awkwardness at the beginning, that and they end up going on maternity leave. While I haven't personally met with Tim Holler, I have been at a conference workshop he did and would throw his name out there as a potential. There are a couple other male counselors there, but I don't have any experience with them. I know they're big on using the feeling and needs from Voice of the Heart, so that might be something worth looking into. Not sure about insurance. I’m not sure if this is still a thing but I know bellevue Baptist used to do therapy. I went and enjoyed it, don’t remember if it was free of low cost but worth looking into

I personally know several. Dr. And therapists. U can call me if you need to. They are my friends. One is director over a treatment ctr.

See if Region IV in Hernando can take you. They do exactly this kind of thing - counselors and psychiatrists for patients without insurance.
